THE IMC IS THE APPLE OF THE PRESIDENT'S EYE AND CANNOT BE VAPORIZED BY THE DSP -Prosper Jesuteke

WRITTEN BY PROSPER JESUTEKE : With due veneration to the good people of Niger Delta, I write to intimate you of the ongoing tussle for the soul of NDDC. I know you are not unaware of this tussle and the men behind it.
It will interest you to know that the ring leader of this tussle is the same pernicious man from Delta State. Like the proverbial tortoise, his name is always present in every tale of betrayal and hogwash. He is the mace. He is 180 days. He is illegality. No amount of detergent can wash clean the nose of the dog. So, is he.
Since the President commissioned the IMC to sanitize the NDDC, Agege and his cronies in the National Assembly have sworn to rock the boat of progress of the NDDC.
They have been moving to and from like lucifer looking for who to devour. They are on this inglorious mission to undermine the authority of the President and scuttle the Forensic Audit. This is because they are complicit in the monumental corruption that has brought the NDDC to her kneels.
SINator 180 is a malodorous sore in the political scrotum of Delta APC. He is the clog in the wheel of progress in Delta APC. His trade in stock is to fight everyone in the party. Like God asked Cain, we have consistently asked him 'Where's your brother, Abel (Ogboru)'? If he can betray and spew unprintable hogwash against Ogboru a man whose back he stood to climb, we are not surprised at his current fight against PMB and the IMC.
From his political posture and recent activities, it is very clear that Agege is working with the PDP. He orchestrated with his bunch to place a PDP Senator in the sensitive position of Senate Committee Chairman on NDDC. More so, Agege's appointment of PDP members as Aides is something to be carefully x-rayed. He has practically worked against every move for genuine reconciliation in the party in his state. I heard on the grapevine that he wants to become the numero uno citizen of Delta State in 2023. His plan is to destroy the party and decamp to PDP. This present Armageddon from Agege against the IMC and the President has failed. The IMC is the best thing since sliced bread. PMB is indeed a smart leader because he has beaten the criminals pants down to their own game. Zechariah 2:8 KJV For thus saith the LORD of hosts; After the glory hath he sent me unto the nations which spoiled you: for he that toucheth you toucheth THE APPLE OF HIS EYE" He's evil plans will continue to fail. APC Delta State will experience peace again. Niger Delta shall rise again. Light over darkness. The IMC has come to stay.

NDDC: Why Fejiro Oliver has resorted to Blackmail Against Dr. Ojougboh, IMC *wants payments for two fake Contracts

Facts have emerged the reasons why The Publisher of SecretReporters Pen named as Fejiro Oliver resorted to Blackmail against Dr. Cairo Ojougboh and the Interim Management Committee of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC). A release signed by Sir. Gabriel Choba, Special Adviser on Media and Communications to the Executive Director of Projects, Dr. Cairo Ojougboh and made available to journalists revealed that the publisher of SecretReporters also known as Fejiro Oliver has been a well known blackmailer when he does not have his way for something. The release states; "Fejiro Oliver Called Dr. Cairo Ojougboh, The Executive Director of Projects NDDC, that he (Fejiro Oliver) has two separate Payments in NDDC. One for fifty Million Naira ) N50, 000, 000) and the other for Four Hundred Million Naira (N400, 000, 000). "But when they looked at the two payments, both of them were fake and Dr. Cairo Ojougboh refused to approve for payment because the Niger Delta Development Commission is no longer as it use to be. It is no longer business as usual. So no fake payments can be made." "This is the reason why Fejiro Oliver the Publisher of SecretReporters has resorted to a full blown Blackmail against Dr. Cairo Ojougboh and the Interim Management Committee." "We hereby urged the general public to disregard all Publications and social Media Statements made by Fejiro Oliver who is known as a 419 and deep blackmailer." "Disregard False Stories About NDDC" Charles Obi Odili.

PRESS STATEMENT-- The Management of the Niger Development Commission, NDDC, wishes to announce the death of its Acting Executive Director, Finance and Administration, Chief Ibanga Bassey Etang. He died in the early hours of Thursday in Port Harcourt. This announcement is coming at this time because of the need to inform family members. The Commission is not aware of the cause of his death as at the time of this release (7pm on Friday, 29, 2020). In line with fears of the current time, the Commission took the precautionary measure of temporarily shutting down its headquarters for two weeks. Staff were also asked to self-isolate. This action does not presuppose the cause of death. An autopsy report is being expected and when this is ready, it would be released with the consent of the family. The NDDC is, therefore, miffed by spurious and uncharitable coloration being championed by mischief makers on the occasion of the demise of Chief Ibanga Bassey Etang, whose untimely death occurred at the early hours of Thursday the 28th of May 2020. The Commission is on course to issuing a comprehensive fact-based statement in consonance with the bereaved family, but for the unwarranted and unsubstantiated reportage which is flying in devilish propensities. Until the autopsy report is release from the Commission's stables, every story on this matter, flies in the face of truth. The Commission also wishes to state that the rumours over the internal memo for staff of the Commission to stay away, so that sanitary and hygienic cleaning of the Commission can take place, is most unfortunate. The idea behind it is purely precautionary. The commission wishes, therefore, to appeal to those mean spirited, whose ambition is to always turn truth on its head, to seek a path of repentance. The NDDC is determined to deliver on its core mandate to the good people of the Niger Delta region. Neither slander nor provocative insinuations will deter us. Charles Obi Odili Director, Corporate Affairs May 29, 2020.

DEATH OF NDDC's ACTING DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION: Covid-19 or predetermined , what could be the cause?...."The Populace".

Reported by : OGISI EXCEL --- Drawing from several reports coupled with a confirmation received from a reliable source on the basis of anonymity , it is indeed disheartening and heart piecing to say that the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has lost it's acting Director of Finance and Account, Chief Ibanga Bassey Etang to the cold hands of death , within the hours of 2:00am at the Braithaite Memorial Hospital(BMH) in Portharcourt. With regards to his death, the general public has been locked down in a state of perplexity as a result of unspecifity in reports as to ascertaining the actual cause of the death .
However, In tandem with the existing global pandemic (Covid-19) that has caused the death of lots of individuals including the former Chief of Staff to President Muhammad Buhari, Late Abba Kyari as announced , which has also posed a high threat to health institutions among other social institutuons, several suspicions has been developed to an assumption that the death was caused by same deadly pandemic.
This suspicion was however raised in line with the publication of an internal memo in NDDC to shut down the operations of the commission for a period of two weeks for all staff to go on self isolation. At this point, the question arises, what could be the cause? Could it be Covid-19?
Notwithstanding the above suspicion, pubic perception on the other hand after long conversations with few persons has also been moulded to an assumption that it could be predermined following the rising tension on social media, media trial, several attacks and counter attacks regarding the alleged IMC , NDDC Fraud. It is no new news that the Interim Management Commitee of the NDDC has been lately labeled a corrupt committee and several question has accompanied this accusation . It is upon this basis did the populace sealed their faith towards believing that the death of the IMC's acting director was pre-dermined. Either for diversionary/concealment purpose considering the sensitive office he is occupying so as not to reveal the true colour of the IMC maybe as a result of pressure or battle with his conscience .
On the other hand, persons from the opposing end has also considered his death to be precipitated due to the high reveal of corruption in the NDDC by Dr Cairo Ojugboh in a live chat on air. After, several expressions of views by different parties , a conclusion was collectively reached to satisfy the urge to know more. Hence the big question, what could be the cause of Chief Ibanga Bassey Etang's death really be...could it be covid-19 or predetermined? Operation Delta Hawk: Another Political Showmanship.- Delta APC

Reporter: OGISI EXCEL - In a statement published by the publicity secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Delta State,Sylvester Imonina Esq., it was pointed out that after much considerations and watch of events in the last two weeks, the APC Delta State have come to a fair conclusion that the statement by the State Governor on the setting up of "Operation Delta Hawk" is nothing but another political showmanship. According to the statement, about two weeks ago, most Deltans were thrown into frenzy with the announcement of the setting up of "Operation Delta Hawk", to assist in combating heinous crimes in the State. Further pointed out, the said announcement made so many people to heave a sigh of relief, believing that in no distance time, concrete steps shall be taken to save Deltans from the hands of marauding blood thirsty criminals. Little did they know that their reprieve from harbingers of death is far from reality!. As published , the business of Government is predicated on an existing law, in order to have legal standing and teeth and till date, no proposed Bill is before the Delta State House of Assembly for consideration in respect of "Operation Delta Hawk". Supporting this assertion as pointed out by the party's publicity secretary haven carried out a painstaking inquiry by APC, its findings shows that no concrete steps have been taken to bring the new dream to reality as most of those whose names were mentioned as members of the committee to come up with a blueprint on the best way to go, are yet to receive any message from the State Government, thereby making it a political showmanship in the media. Going down memory lane as outlined in the said publication, on or about the year 2014, a Bill was sent to the Delta State House of Assembly for consideration, on the establishment of Delta State Vigilante Group. The Bill, was eventually passed, and led to the setting up and/ or giving of legal backing to Vigilantes in Delta State. Further stating, in the said Vigilantes' Law, provisions was made for how members of the group should be funded. Unfortunately, members now turn out to be more like "Almajiri" sent into the world to fend for themselves without support .And as a result of such lack of commitment and funding from the State Government, most of them had ended up devising several means of survival thereby attaching themselves to members of the Nigerian Police and acting as tax collectors (collecting "mashing"), delving into matrimonial issues between husbands and wives, acting as debt Collectors, and doing other unsavoury things, outside their statutory mandate, ostensibly for their survival, he described. However, considering the dexterity with which most of the Vigilante members worked selflessly without monthly stipend/payment from the Government, it is the belief of Delta APC that if there is an overhaul of the moribund Vigilantes, with support from the Government to strengthen them, they will give better results. Meanwhile, if the Governor insists on adding extra economic burden on the State by establishing "Operation Delta Hawk", APC, Delta State charges him to live up to the responsibilities attached to his office as this is no time for the usual political showmanship that PDP led Government in the State, is known for. On the conclusive part of the publication, he highlighted that deltans needs a responsive government that can take up concrete steps in protecting their lives and properties and as such deserves more than empty political promises. Sylvester Imonina, Esq., Publicity Secretary, APC, Delta State. 27th May, 2020. Edited by: M.T Demebide, Nacsp(CEO, Matty Demes Services).

IMC ALLEGED FRAUD: "Selfish and criminal elements has siphoned NDDC funds before the coming of IMC" says Mudiaga Agbogu - Niger Delta Activist.

Reported by: OGISI EXCEL - Following the ongoing accusations of fraud and involvement in corrupt practices against the Interim Management Committee of the Niger Delta Development Commission put in place by President Muhammadu Buhari to audit previous records and accounts in the commission, a Niger Delta Activist in the person of Mudiaga Agbogu has asserted in defence of the the IMC that some selfish and criminal elements has siphoned NDDC funds before the coming of the IMC thereby indoctrinating the populace to shackle their minds in specific ways to believe that Dr Cairo Ojougboh and the entire Interim Management committee of the NDDC to be the ones embezzling funds . According to him, those selfish and criminal minded individuals that has siphoned all our funds meant for the development of Niger Delta Region are now afraid of DR CAIRO OJOUGBOH and the NDDC's IMC for their Quest to expose any group or individuals involved in exposing governmental funds meant for projects. In his words , " I am here to tell you people, that they are only trying to divert the masses from them, but there's no where to hide. The IMC will still carryout the FORENSIC AUDIT that was assigned to them by President Muhammadu Buhari". Further stating, he pleaded the populace to support DR CAIRO OJOUGBOH and the IMC during this period of this FORENSIC AUDIT ordered by President Muhammadu Buhari as that is the only way we could get along and stand better not to forget that to combat CRIME is one of the Major mandates of PRESIDENT MUHAMMEDU BUHARI.
